LP
for around two years, The Rabbit Theory changed from the original three-piece they were to a four-persons outfit, due to the original bassplayers two year absence. "Save/Cancel" is sort of the audio-diary of that period, in which the band rehearsed, wrote songs, toured and finally recorded their sophomore.
the album features ten songs and lasts about 32 minutes. some instrumental, some not, the songs deal with masscommunication issues, state repression, helplessness, lethargy and neoliberal globalisation. the songs wander even more different musical genres than their former album, since there was one more person involved in the writing process. clearly, the ingredients stay somewhat in the same range: elements of post-hc, screamo and indie(-rock) work together to form a record that some might want to compare to shellac, juno, indian summer and fugazi. others have heard some metallica in it, too, which digresses from the truth in our opinion, though.
"save/cancel" is released on 212 LPs and 219 CDs, both handnumbered. the CDs come in a handscreened and handglued cardboard cover CDs).

the band is making a bow to the environmentally conscious and offers the mp3s for free or open donations. you can download the songs at the Internet Archive.

this record is going to be distributed by Arctic-Radar in Switzerland and p*dis in Japan.
