"ferocious41" is a threepiece from geneva and the newest add to the quiet roster. they combine electronica with hiphop and triphop to sum it up in a nice and not-so-easy-to-digest mélange of abstract hiphop and experimental sounds that reminds one somewhat of tom waits as well as saul williams. often enough, the outcome is somewhat depressing and tears you down rather than cheer you up with lust for life. that's mean, but hey!, that's life, right?
lyrically, 88:KF are often as abstract as their music, so it's both hard and kinda personal, if I impose my interpretation of it on so. so I won't.
"ferocious41" consists of Art Karoll, Faia, Netchaïev and Prolofik.
- "behemoth style" was recorded 2006/2007 and will be released mid-april on 300 CDs by quiet records.
